The Dentist was a satisfied man. He had a successful practice and was regarded highly by his colleagues. He was married to the very beautiful Hygienist, and they had a brilliant little boy named Crown.

The Dentist lived with his family high upon a secluded hilltop, so that every morning he could watch the sun rise over the snowy mountain tops and every evening he could watch the sun set over the midnight blue ocean water.
